沼气发电机组正常运转的先决条件是雾化良好的柴油能准确及时地喷入燃烧室内,并且燃烧室里的压缩空气要达到足够的温度才能着火、爆发。要满足这两个条件,就必须在沼气发电机组起动时有足够高的转速和使气缸内有一定的温度。沼气发电机组不能起动时,应从起动工作、沼气发电机组燃油供给系统和压缩等方面寻找原因。
The prerequisite for the normal operation of a diesel engine is that well atomized diesel can be accurately and timely injected into the combustion chamber, and the compressed air in the combustion chamber must reach sufficient temperature to ignite and explode. To meet these two conditions, it is necessary to have a sufficiently high engine speed and a certain temperature inside the cylinder when starting the diesel engine. When the diesel engine cannot be started, the reasons should be found from the aspects of starting work, diesel engine fuel supply system, and compression.
(1)环境温度太低。在气温低的情况下,应做好沼气发电机组的预热工作,否则不易起动。
(1) The ambient temperature is too low. In low temperature conditions, preheating of the diesel engine should be done well, otherwise it is difficult to start.
(2)起动转速低。对于手摇起动的沼气发电机组来说,应逐渐加大转速,然后将减压手柄扳到非减压位置,使气缸内有正常的压缩。如果减压机构调整不当或是气门顶住了活塞,往往会感到摇车很费力。其特点是曲轴转到某一部位就转不动了,但能退回来。此时,除了检查减压机构外,还应查看正时齿轮啮合关系是否错了。而对于使用电起动机的沼气发电机组,如果起动转速极其缓慢,大多系起动机无力,并不说明沼气发电机组本身有故障。应对电器线路方面进行详细检查,判断蓄电池是否充足电,各导线连接是否紧固及起动机工作是否正常。
(2) The starting speed is low. For hand cranked diesel engines, the speed should be gradually increased, and then the pressure reducing handle should be turned to the non pressure reducing position to ensure normal compression in the cylinder. If the pressure reducing mechanism is not adjusted properly or the valve is pressed against the piston, it is often difficult to shake the car. Its characteristic is that the crankshaft cannot rotate when it rotates to a certain position, but it can retract. At this point, in addition to checking the pressure reducing mechanism, it is also necessary to check whether the timing gear meshing relationship is incorrect. For diesel engines that use electric starter motors, if the starting speed is extremely slow, it is mostly due to weak starter motors, which does not mean that the diesel engine itself is faulty. Conduct a detailed inspection of the electrical circuit to determine if the battery is fully charged, if all wire connections are secure, and if the starter is working properly.
柴油发电机工作时所产生的热水经发电机出水管到达热交换管,被冷水池过来的冷水进行冷却,沼气发电机组的循环热水水温下降后流回沼气发电机组水箱,经水箱再次冷却后流会沼气发电机组,对柴油发电机进行冷却。
The hot water generated by the diesel generator during operation reaches the heat exchange pipe through the generator outlet pipe and is cooled by the cold water from the cold water tank. The circulating hot water temperature of the diesel engine decreases and flows back to the diesel engine water tank. After being cooled again by the water tank, it flows back to the diesel engine to cool the diesel generator.
冷水池的冷水经过过滤后被水泵送到热交换器,冷却柴油发电机的循环热水后水温升高,被送到热水池。
The cold water in the cold water tank is filtered and pumped to the heat exchanger to cool the circulating hot water of the diesel generator. After the water temperature rises, it is sent to the hot water tank.
热水池和冷水池互为隔离,只在中间隔离墙上开一个溢流孔,当生活热水用量很小时,热水池的热水通过溢流孔流到冷水池。
The hot water tank and the cold water tank are isolated from each other, with only one overflow hole opened on the middle isolation wall. When the amount of domestic hot water is very small, the hot water from the hot water tank flows into the cold water tank through the overflow hole.
冷水池的水位由补水水位工作阀门自动控制,水位控制阀的控制水位比溢流孔位低200mm,当生活热水量很大时,冷却水池的水位由补给水管自动补给。
The water level of the cold water tank is automatically controlled by the replenishment water level working valve. The control water level of the water level control valve is 200mm lower than the overflow hole position. When the amount of domestic hot water is large, the water level of the cooling water tank is automatically replenished by the supply water pipe.
根据实测数据,热水的产量计算方程式为: 热水量(KG)=(发电机功率*发电机负荷率*发电机工作时间*200)/(热水温度-大气温度) 例:一台310kw的柴油发电机组,发电机负荷率为0.7,发电机工作小时为1小时,大气稳定为15摄氏度,如热水温度为60摄氏度,则热水的产量为:(310*0.7*12*200)/(60-15)=11573kg。
According to the measured data, the formula for calculating the production of hot water is: Hot water quantity (KG)=(generator power * generator load rate * generator working time * 200)/(hot water temperature - atmospheric temperature). For example, a 310kw diesel generator set has a generator load rate of 0.7, a generator working hour of 1 hour, and an atmospheric stability of 15 degrees Celsius. If the hot water temperature is 60 degrees Celsius, the production of hot water is: (310 * 0.7 * 12 * 200)/(60-15)=11573kg.
