一、发电机组燃料的系统不一样

燃油发电机组恐怕只要一个油箱加上一个油泵就可以把燃料送入到发动机里去燃烧,天然气发电机组就不是同了,他们要考虑到安全性,进燃料系统包括电磁阀、燃气混合器、阻火器等。

天然气发动机凸轮轴与柴油机线型不同,柴油机气门重叠角是128°,这样可以有较充足的扫气时间可以把气门、气缸、气缸盖这些高温部件的温度降下来,而天然气发动机的气门重叠角是22°,扫气只能通过活塞推出,不能大面积扫气,这也是燃气机排温比柴油机高许多的其中一个原因。

四、关键部件天然气发电机组采用盆型结构有两个原因

1、可以减小压缩比。天然气发电机组的压缩比不能太大,否则容易爆燃而且天然气发动机没有像柴油机那样要求油和空气在燃烧室内形成气相混合物,所以,它的活塞顶部为平形的而且由于天然气发动机燃烧室温度比柴油机高许多,如果做成各种形状那么边缘、底台以及口缘处会因持续高温而烧坏。
